BUSINESS DEPARTMENT

The Business Department has experience representing business entities from entrepreneurs to large corporations.  Our lawyers spend a portion of their time assisting clients in critical decision-making functions enabling these clients to grow, become more profitable, and develop reputations as leaders in their field.  The lawyers in the Business Department provide a wide range of services usually available only in a large firm.

REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT 

The Real Estate Department has experience in all types of real estate developments - residential, commercial and industrial.  This experience includes the responsibility for negotiating and finalizing agreements involving long-term leases for shopping centers, office buildings and individual commercial establishments.

Zoning, land use and related matters are a part of the practice and include planning commission negotiations and litigation of related issues.

PERSONAL INJURY & LITIGATION DEPARTMENT 

The lawyers in the Litigation and Personal Injury Department provide experienced and aggressive representation in both State and Federal Courts.  Our lawyers have extensive experience in all types of litigation and particularly in personal injury and commercial litigation.  In addition, the department is proficient in medical malpractice and products liability actions. 

The Litigation and Personal Injury Department also handles Orphans' Court litigation and appears before state agencies, including the Tax Review Board, as well as other state administrative tribunals.

ESTATE PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT 

The Estate Planning and Administration Department covers all areas involved in estate planning from Will and Trust drafting through the administration of decedents' estates and trusts.  Tax counseling is also a major service.  This department has extensive experience in acting as, and representing, guardians of incompetents.  Our lawyers also have significant experience in all aspects of Elder Law.

FAMILY LAW DEPARTMENT

The Family Law Department handles an unusually broad range of Family Law matters, including separation and divorce, and all economic issues related thereto, support, custody and visitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and adoption.
