Samuel J. Lassoff concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation.

Mr. Lassoff was an Attorney with the Philadelphia law firm of Goldfein & Joseph, P.C., where he defended doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice matters.  In addition, Mr. Lassoff defended major corporate defendants in product liability and toxic tort cases.  Mr. Lassoff worked as a long-term contract attorney for the Philadelphia law firms of Dechert, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and Ballard Spahr.

Mr. Lassoff is a graduate of Temple University School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2001 and was a member of the Environmental & Technology Law Journal and Law Review.  Mr. Lassoff was also Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Society.  Mr. Lassoff has received a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing.  He is licensed with the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. 

Mr. Lassoff is a member of the Delaware County, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations.  He also is actively involved in charities including the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Toys for Tots and the SPCA.
