Caleb S. Dunn concentrates his legal practice in estate and trust
litigation, estate planning, estate administration, and business formation. He has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2020.

Caleb takes a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to working with families during some of life’s most difficult transitions, ensuring his clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Caleb has represented clients in a wide range of estate and trust disputes, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested guardianships. He also advises individuals and families on comprehensive estate plans tailored to their specific needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and business succession planning.

 

A native of Buffalo, West Virginia, Caleb earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2017. During law school, he gained practical legal experience as an intern with Apple Payne Law, PLLC (formerly Payne Law, PLLC) in Kernersville, North Carolina.

 

Caleb lives in Robinson Township with his wife, Nicole, their daughter, and their three dogs—Hank, Milo, and Paisley. Outside of the office, he enjoys family time, exercising, watching sports, and spending time outdoors.
