
Kelly M. Arbogast, a Mt. Lebanon native, is a former journalist who is passionate about art, the outdoors, and the practice of law.
Kelly focuses her practice in Commercial Litigation, resolving Landlord-Tenant disputes, Corporate Drafting, and Real Estate Law. She recently won an unfair trade practices case which awarded her clients nearly $300,000.00.
After completing her bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University where she received degrees in Philosophy and English, Kelly became a proud AmeriCorps volunteer stationed in Phoenix, Arizona.
Kelly earned her juris doctor degree from the Tom Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where she was enrolled in the evening division. There, she was a member of the trial advocacy team where she and her team won the intra-school mock trial competition, with Kelly being named as one of the top three best advocates overall.
Prior to joining Anderson Law Firm, Kelly worked for a mid-sized Pittsburgh firm with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She conducted due diligence, assisted business clients in asset and stock transactions, and drafted a variety of contracts and corporate documents.
Away from the office, Kelly enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, hiking, and trying new food. She and her husband reside in Upper St. Clair.
